About Me

Hi, I'm Brittni Beers-Branco. I live in Sherwood Oregon with my husband and 2 boys. I bring over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, including 10+ years in people leadership and 6+ years as an HR executive reporting to the CEO/President. While most of my career has been in the technology industry, I have also worked in the healthcare and heavy manufacturing industries.

My Background

I am a former Chief People Officer with over 6 years of experience at the HR Executive level reporting to the CEO/President of companies. My core background is Generalist/HRBP with the ability to go deep in many HR disciplines while operating as a strategic leader and executive in the business. The breadth and depth of my expertise allows me to effectively and efficiently support organizations scale as they emerge into growth stages.

Leveraging data and building systems that produce data ensure decisions are sound and equitable.
