As an experienced former Chief People Officer, I provide strategic and operational HR leadership to start-up to mid-size companies on an advisory, fractional, or consultancy basis.

    Advisory services are offered typically on an hourly or monthly retainer basis.

    An embedded Chief People Officer “filling in” during a period of transition, change or leadership vacancy providing strategic and operational leadership to ensure continuity in the company’s people strategy while the organization searches for a permanent CPO.

    Fractional services are offered as a monthly retainer.

  • Consulting

    Leveraging HR executive expertise to create a plan to solve a specific organizational people challenge or opportunity.

    Consulting services are project based defined by a scope of work.
